WHY POWDER

Honey character.
Manufacturing control.

Liquid honey can be difficult to meter, blend and carry through dry production systems. Mānuka honey powder creates a practical bridge between New Zealand honey provenance and modern manufacturing.

Use it to add characteristic honey flavour, aroma and natural sweetness across dry mixes, beverages, bakery, confectionery, supplements, sauces and seasonings.

COMMERCIAL QUESTIONS

Before you brief the ingredient.

Can the honey percentage be adjusted?

Yes. The core offer is 70% honey solids, while formulations can be tailored for the application. Higher-honey options require more controlled handling and storage.

Can we specify a Mānuka grade?

Liquid honey can be selected to a required pre-processing specification. Any finished-product grading or trademark claim must be reviewed against test method, dilution, processing and destination-market requirements.

Can we request organic or other New Zealand honeys?

Organic certification is available on request, subject to supply and programme requirements. Other New Zealand honey varieties can also be discussed.
